We are currently accepting resumes for applicants interested in joining our Revenue Cycle Team at Dental365, assisting us in data entry, insurance claim processing, and administrative duties. We offer training to all candidates, including those who are entry-level and looking to learn a new trade! This position is located at our Melville headquarters, and interviews are typically in person.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Revenue Cycle team performs a range of administrative tasks, maintaining billing procedures for our 65 locations (and growing!) 

• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and insurance vendors alike 
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail, answering phones, and responding to emails
• Organized and precise data entry, documentation, and coding for patient accounts
• Processing insurance claims, review balances, verifying proper reimbursements, and sending out claims as needed
• All other administrative tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks
• Flexibility in schedule to support change and special projects as needed
